Foster Agreement

I understand that the dog belongs to the rescue and I will inform the rescue of any issues, including medical. The rescue will make appointments at a vet approved by the rescue per foster's request if needed and will pay directly to the vet only. If I take a dog to a vet at my own discretion without prior approval of the vet and services to be provided, I will be responsible for paying the bill.
